R&C Property Group is owned and led by Rachel and Clare. We're long-term property owners and investors ourselves, and we built R&C to run property the way we believe it should be run — with clear communication, consistency, and genuine care for the asset and the people behind it.

We don't try to be everything to everyone. We keep the business intentionally owner-led so clients deal directly with us, decisions are made quickly, and nothing is lost in hand-offs or layers.
